Globibo delivered remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI) for an insurance company’s leadership training event in Sydney, ensuring real-time multilingual access for distributed attendees and speakers. The setup included a dedicated RSI broadcast kit, an audio interface for clean I/O routing, and a video capture kit to integrate remote interpreter video feeds and presentation visuals into the live program. Three streaming laptops handled redundancy and segmented workloads (program, interpretation, and backup), supported by a managed network switch to stabilize bandwidth and prioritize audio integrity across streams.
To extend accessibility and post-session value, ten iPads were provisioned for live transcription in three languages, giving participants searchable on-the-fly notes in parallel with spoken content. After the event, AI translation delivered polished multilingual records—ideal for compliance documentation, knowledge retention, and leadership reinforcement across regional teams. Subject-specific interpreters were matched to insurance and leadership content, preserving terminology accuracy for underwriting, risk management, regulatory context, and change leadership frameworks.
Speed and efficiency were achieved with process-driven prep: agenda and glossary onboarding, audio path testing, and failover rehearsals for interpreters and producers. This reduced friction, accelerated decision-making, and minimized rework for post-production deliverables. Advanced hybrid participation and hybrid linguist operations made it possible to blend on-site and remote speakers with remote interpreters, optimizing cost, availability, and time-zone coverage without compromising audio fidelity or latency.
With one of the industry’s broadest networks of vetted linguists and extensive equipment inventory across locations, Globibo scales RSI to multi-language, multi-track events while maintaining consistent quality thresholds. The result is a seamless experience: clear audio, accurate terminology, stable streaming, and multilingual transcripts that turn training sessions into durable assets for ongoing capability building.
