A global technology organization with headquarters in China required the right organizational and technical setup for a MOU-signing ceremony in Dubai.
Due to the intricate nature of the business relationships, the technical and content/documentation requirements were of extremely high importance.
MOU-signing Ceremony & Press-Conferences
MOU between companies are important moments of strategic and operational importance. The content of those MOUs, as well as the communication between the partners and external stakeholders are highly sensitive.
Together with the client, a lot of preparation was done to ensure that all involved parties had the right alignment towards the mission and vision of the MOU, key messages for internal and external stakeholders.
The 4 (partially parallel) sessions required onsite Audio Engineering as well as fast content consolidation after the event. A dedicated onsite team was supported by a remote team to finalize transcriptions and summarizations overnight to provide all parties perfectly curated texts for different communication channels.
