Globibo provided a mobile interpreting system for the college training program, supporting 1 language. The solution included 1 Conference Interpretation Booth with 2 Interpreter Consoles and 1 central control unit/Transmitter.
The equipment setup included 2 Full-range Interpretation Transmitters, 2 Mobile Transmitters, 2 Transmitter Microphones, 37 Receivers, and 37 Headband Headphones. It also included 1 Audio Splitter/Volume Mixer, and 2-way equipment transport.
2 standby operators/technicians supported setup, dismantling, and event operations. The team conducted an event-day rehearsal 1 hour before each event, and disinfected the equipment before each day to support consistent operational readiness throughout the 6-day program.
The mobile interpreting setup gave participants access to the required language support while allowing the training sessions to operate in a physical classroom environment. The service followed ISO 18841 (Interpreting), ISO 20121 (Event Sustainability), and ISO 27001 (Information Security) standards.
