The equipment included an audio mixer desk, 12 conference microphones with a central control unit, 2 PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras with controllers, a PC monitor, and an ATEM video mixer. This robust setup enabled high-quality sound, video capture, and centralized control, essential for large-scale, interactive meetings.
