Globibo successfully provided a hybrid Annual General Meeting (AGM) platform for a prominent club in Singapore, supporting 100 physical participants and 800 online attendees. The event was hosted using Events.Studio, Globibo’s proprietary virtual event platform, designed to manage complex hybrid meetings with seamless interaction and full compliance.
The platform included features such as pre-voting and live voting, an interactive Q&A session, and a custom-branded AGM interface tailored specifically for the club. Additional backend setup functions ensured a smooth, secure, and user-friendly experience for all participants, both on-site and online.
