Globibo provided a wide range of services for the virtual AGM, including registration management, video conference integration, speaker coordination, voting panel setup (pre and live voting, share/lot-based voting), Q&A panel management, audit reports, AGM analytics, and participant support. A 2-hour recording (video/audio) of the full AGM was also provided for future reference.

SETUP

Globibo dedicated approximately 5 man-hours to set up, configure, and provide project and execution support prior to the event day. This involved configuring the virtual AGM platform, integrating necessary technologies, several rounds of training for key stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless user experience for participants.

CHALLENGES

The Client had 3 groups of participants: the Board of Directors, shareholders who had voted in advance, and shareholders who would be voting live during the AGM. There were several participants who were in more than 1 group. We had 3 confirmation of registration email templates (1 for each group). For example, a board of directors was also a shareholder who had voted in advance. So when we had to send out the invitation email, it had to be clarified which email template had to send.

Globibo was entrusted with organizing a virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) platform for a prominent interior construction and manufacturing company listed on NASDAQ. After a lot of pre-work and preparation, it felt great to see that the actual AGM went super-fast and smoothly. All presenters managed to get through all content swiftly and participants had no technical challenges to follow the proceedings. The experience for the organizer as well as all stakeholders appeared very seamless.
