Globibo successfully delivered full-scale event production and event technology services for a global robotics competition held in Singapore, welcoming more than 3,500 participants over three days. The project showcased Globibo’s end-to-end capability in managing complex, high-energy international events through reliable audio-visual systems, intelligent event tech, and seamless onsite coordination.
For the audio setup, Globibo deployed a comprehensive suite of professional equipment, including microphone receivers, a digital audio mixer desk, two stageboxes, handheld and lapel microphones, an antenna booster, ground line array loudspeakers with subwoofers, front fill speakers, stage monitors, and back fill units. This ensured clear, uninterrupted sound delivery across all zones of the competition venue.
The video ecosystem was equally robust, featuring video switchers, Barco E2, a video production server, multiple laptops, confidence monitors, LED walls, projector screens, and high-quality projectors. This setup allowed for captivating visual content, live feeds, and smooth transitions across various program segments.
Globibo also powered the event’s lighting with 20 LED Par lights, moving beams, LIRO moving wash fixtures, lighting trees, a lighting board, a DB Box, and black stage drapes—creating a professional and immersive stage environment.
The Silent Conference System included an interpretation transmitter, 40 interpretation receivers, headband headphones, 24 TV monitors, HDMI cables, and 20 laptops, enabling multilingual engagement during breakout discussions.
For audience interaction, Globibo provided rental voting devices, including 75 Android units and charging docks. Additional setups for the exhibition stage and ceremony hall included large format displays, switchers, fiber cables, loudspeakers, and camera support structures.
