- Globibo was responsible for the provision of handheld microphones with digital mixers, which were seamlessly integrated with the venue’s audio system. Additionally, equipment transport, electricity offset, and the presence of a dedicated standby technician were part of the service package.
SETUP
- The event took place onsite at a beautiful park venue in Singapore. Globibo’s experienced team meticulously planned and executed the setup, ensuring all technical aspects and logistics were in place.
EQUIPMENT
Considering the in-built equipment of the venue, Globibo reviewed which items were needed and which items might not be state-of-the-art. Based on experience using in-house AV systems, very often key components need to be changed.

successful team-building event hosted by a global medical device manufacturing and healthcare powerhouse. With a focus on enhancing employee collaboration and fostering a positive work environment, Globibo provided top-of-the-line audio equipment and seamless integration with the venue’s systems.
A renowned medical device manufacturing company, with a workforce of over 110,000 employees, aimed to strengthen collaboration and build deeper connections among its teams. To support this objective, the company organized a dedicated team-building session featuring interactive activities, workshops, and group exercises to encourage communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
To bring this vision to life, the company partnered with Globibo as a corporate training provider. With structured planning and on-ground support, the session was delivered as an engaging and meaningful experience, leaving employees with a stronger sense of connection and shared purpose.
The in-house AV system used at the venue was rather outdated. On the other hand, parts of the equipment had to be used (e.g. 2 additional handheld microphones). The old microphones created some unpleasant feedback noise, especially when used with higher volume.

Management of challenges
The team brought additional handheld microphones to replace the in-house microphones with better models (connected to also a better audio desk). During the start of the event, when the in-house microphone showed bad audio quality, the microphones were quickly replaced.
BEST EXPERIENCE
The client team was absolutely pleasant to work with. They were all in a good mood, due to the nature of the event. They used their Laptops to share youtube videos and songs, and the Globibo team helped as much as they could to make it a fun experience for all.
