Globibo successfully supported an art and cultural organisation during the Singapore Writer’s Festival by delivering professional simultaneous interpretation and advanced event technology solutions. The engagement spanned two consecutive weekends (four days) and catered to over 200 participants, ensuring a seamless multilingual experience for a diverse audience.
To meet the event’s linguistic needs, Globibo provided interpretation across three key language pairs: English ↔ Tamil, English ↔ Mandarin, and English ↔ Malay. A complete setup of professional simultaneous interpretation (SI) equipment was deployed, including a fully enclosed conference interpretation booth, 4 interpreter consoles, 2 transmitters, 2 audio splitters, 4 interpretation transmitters, and 47 interpretation receivers paired with high-quality headband headphones. For remote and hybrid participation, the team also integrated Events.Studio’s web and mobile streaming solution using multiple laptops and audio interfaces for stable upstream delivery.
