The setup included an extensive range of professional interpretation and AV equipment: 27 interpreter booths, 54 consoles, 9 interpretation CCUs, 2 conference rooms with microphones, 24 four-channel audio interfaces, 35 laptops, 3 POS machines, 40 monitors, 12 HDMI splitters, 7 routers, 9 switches, 7 UPS units, plus PTZ cameras and video interfaces. This ensured that every meeting type—from large plenary sessions to smaller breakout discussions—ran efficiently and without disruption.
