All participants had access to a customized landing page via a QR code to choose the different audio channels. Each interpreter had a laptop with a wired headset to access Events.Studio application. A remote audio engineer used 2 laptops to monitor both the incoming stream as well as the interpretation platform.

To optimize resources available at the venue, the client preferred participants use their own devices instead of traditional interpretation equipment. Challenges
One challenge of the event was getting a new set of interpreters accustomed to the platform, primarily since all four interpreters were located in different places. Effective communication between each language’s partner was crucial.
MANAGEMENT OF CHALLENGES
Rehearsals are crucial for events. Therefore, the day before the event, Globibo conducted several practice sessions with the interpreters to ensure they pressed the correct buttons. Additionally, the platform included a chat function to facilitate communication between interpreters and technicians, providing a seamless experience. Constant language feed monitoring is critical to ensure a clean signal. In cases of feedback or echoes, it is essential to isolate the source of the feedback immediately. This includes checking whether additional microphones are on or if headsets are too loud, causing the microphones to pick up the sound.
