Our customer organizes an array of events around the world with similar objectives and target groups. The structure of this engagement is to leverage each event to accumulate subject-matter expertise and deepen relationships to constantly enhance our service quality services while reducing communication efforts to plan and execute the series of events. The latest destinations were a hybrid studio setup for global streaming as well as onsite events at Bangkok, Rio de Janeiro and Singapore.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

The setup of the events was targeted to leverage the expertise of the onsite / planning team for the upcoming sessions in other locations. A similar setup was required in each location, but local adaptations were necessary to accommodate the venue and participants.
