A multinational information technology firm in Singapore engaged Globibo to support a 1.5-day regional event requiring AI-driven interpretation and multilingual accessibility. The objective was to provide participants with both real-time audio interpretation and captions, while also producing high-quality post-event transcripts in SRT format for training purposes.

MANAGEMENT OF CHALLENGES
- Integration: The in-house audio system at the venue did not provide physical outputs, which posed a challenge for audio integration. To overcome this, our team implemented a Dante-based solution, ensuring a seamless and high-quality audio feed into our system.
- Network Stability: A stable internet connection was critical for the AI platform. However, the venue was unable to allocate a dedicated network. Anticipating this, we deployed our own secure network infrastructure on-site, which guaranteed uninterrupted connectivity throughout the event.
- Handling Specialized Content: The event focused on highly technical subject matter, with frequent use of industry jargon and acronyms that needed to be interpreted across multiple languages. To address this complexity, our team collected all relevant materials in advance. These resources were used to train the AI system, enabling it to recognize domain-specific terminology and deliver more accurate, context-aware translations during live sessions.
