- Post-production included the consolidation of the actual discussions as well as a “Making-Of” video to show the rest of the teams the process of preparing the strategy
Globibo provided event design, planning, execution, and follow-up to a major Mall Property Developer and operator in the Middle East.
The Client targeted to refocus the company and leadership team to a clearly defined Mission & Vision and create a framework to manage day-to-day operations as well as strategic projects to achieve long-term targets.
Organizational & Leadership Alignment Program
Defining a clear strategy for a large organization is of vital importance to manage resources effectively and efficiently. The definition requires an in-depth appreciation of the market, the organization as well as of all people/stakeholders involved.
The objective of this project was to finalize a strategy that can be implemented in the organization with all key stakeholders being a key contributor in the original definition of the way forward.
The series of workshops needed to create an open environment to discuss and challenge hard topics. Furthermore, the events needed to include onsite as well as remote leaders in a space that permits highly emotional and controversial topics.
After 3 months of hard work, and 6 initial interwoven workshops the leadership felt that the program was on the right track.
6 further workshops were conducted in the subsequent 6 months to refocus and align the team on execution, as well as discuss refinement of the strategy based on the experience collected
