A well-established religious organisation in Singapore conducted a structured Tour guided programme for 60 participants, with dedicated tour-based interpretation support professionally delivered by Globibo. Given the tour-style nature of the programme — where participants were expected to move across different areas and spaces — a fixed interpretation setup would have been impractical and disruptive. Each participant requiring interpretation was equipped with a lightweight mobile receiver and a comfortable headband headphone set. With 55 receiver units deployed, the system ensured that virtually every attendee could follow the guided content in their preferred language, regardless of where they were standing or moving within the tour space. The wireless range and audio quality of the system meant there were no dead zones or signal dropouts, providing a consistent listening experience throughout.
This thoughtfully designed setup eliminated language barriers and created a genuinely inclusive environment where all participants — regardless of linguistic background — could fully engage with and benefit from the programme content.
