SET UP
The client selected a venue close to their offices. Unfortunately, that venue was occupied on the day before the event, and setup could not start until late in the day. Furthermore, the venue has some limitations to create a great onstage environment within the budget available for such “internal” events.
An aerospace company in Singapore partnered with Globibo to deliver a hybrid event for 80 participants. The solution included HD PTZ cameras, video switchers, a stream deck, a confidence monitor, a long-range clicker, laptops, and event recording—ensuring professional streaming and smooth engagement for onsite and remote attendees.
Hybrid Event Tech for an Aerospace Giant in Singapore
An aerospace and defense company in Singapore needed a reliable partner to bring their hybrid event to life, connecting 80 key participants across locations with precision and clarity.
With Globibo’s support, they were able to professionally stream, record, and manage the event using HD video equipment, live switching tools, and smooth control systems. The setup gave the client confidence in every moment—from speaker transitions to audience engagement—delivering a soft, tech-enabled experience that matched the high standards of their industry.
The streaming had to pass through a tight company network using the Google Meet infrastructure, with its inbuilt limitations on camera/screen display layouts. Therefore, several separate screens (in total 5) were used to split out elements from remote participants to create an attractive content presentation.

MANAGEMENT OF CHALLENGES
Clients in the Aerospace Technology industry are rightly very conscious about data and information security. As such, a lot of the actual content flow of the event could not be discussed before the actual event.
Furthermore, military and special services stakeholders, guests, and speakers had particular requirements regarding their presentations, streaming, and support.
- The venue was not available due to a prior booking/event. Therefore, parts of the setup overran in time, and rehearsal could not start as early as desired.
- The inbuilt stage of the venue has just fundamental light features, and in broadcast video, a lot of light/color editing had to be done.
- Leveraging the in-house equipment of projectors and handheld microphones required patience and expectation management with the organizer and leadership team.
