Globibo delivered a Hybrid Annual General Meeting (AGM) for a well-known social and sports club in Singapore, accommodating 200 on-site participants and 100 remote participants via a Virtual AGM Platform. The event featured ten resolutions and included services such as registration, voting, Q&A panel management, moderation, and streaming support for 250 participants.
The equipment provided included a virtual studio server (Vmix or OBS) integrated with the presenter’s PC, two digital HD PTZ cameras, two-way audio integration with an audio interface and video capture card, an audio mixer desk, five table-top conference microphones with a dedicated controller, four handheld microphones, a TV monitor, and two Falcon Eyes light setups.
Globibo’s technical team handled all aspects, including registration support, system testing, rehearsals, event recording, Vmix operation, audio engineering, and camera operation.
