Globibo supported the World Bank in Malaysia by setting up a hybrid event solution for 80 participants over 3 days. The setup included high-quality audio, video, and interpretation systems to facilitate clear communication. With wireless microphones, cameras, loudspeakers, and a streaming platform, the event allowed participants to engage effectively in person and remotely. The participants were from the East Asia and Pacific regions, mainly China, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, and the Philippines, and some from the US, Australia, and Europe.

MANAGEMENT OF CHALLENGES
- Coordination Issues: The video and camera setup was not fully finalized before arrival to the venue. Last-minute adjustments needed to be conducted to maximize visibility and work with light conditions.
- Name Tag Material Change: The client requested non-plastic, eco-friendly name tags, but the delivered tags were laminated in plastic. At 1 AM, during setup, the team had to reprint them using the correct materials to meet the client’s request.
- Manpower Shortage: Due to limited staff from the client’s side, the Globibo team assisted in setting up and managing the presentation, ensuring the event proceeded without delays.
- PPT Clicker Issue: A technical issue with the clicker arose, so the Globibo team and event host manually advanced the slides to keep the presentation running smoothly.
BEST EXPERIENCE
The AV and multi-camera crew efficiently set up their equipment, demonstrating expertise in handling the technical aspects without delays. Their familiarity with the setup allowed the event to run without disruptions. Additionally, 70 souvenirs and name tags with lanyards were presented for the first time, adding a personalized touch that participants received well.
