Globibo recently delivered an advanced event technology solution for a high-profile government entity in Singapore, supporting a 3-day digital conference focused on international collaboration and innovation. The solution featured a seamless blend of hardware, software, and AI-driven tools to enhance the experience for both local and international participants.
At the core of the setup was Globibo’s AI-powered digital conferencing solution, which included real-time AI captioning and AI translation between English and Vietnamese. Participants accessed the live translations directly on their mobile devices via a QR code, eliminating the need for additional equipment and streamlining the user experience.
The deployment included 35 Windows Enterprise laptops for staff and speakers, a video mixer system with a dedicated operator, and three 50-inch TV screens on mobile stands to display content clearly across the venue.
