Globibo successfully managed the complete event production for a leading STEM education consultancy. With over 800 attendees from across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, we ensured execution, showcasing our expertise in handling diverse audiences and creating impactful events for global organizations.
Content Experience Integration Event Concept to Delivery
Globibo provided the full event production for a STEM education consulting company based in Singapore. With a presence in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, the event had more than 800 attendees.
The team started to define a join Theme for the Event and finalized key visuals. Those key visuals were moved into all presentations, as well as the light design of the room.
The key themes of the conference were identified by colors and different types of music and planned to be staged throughout the entire conference program.
The curation of content, especially video material, with the visual overflow to the room, was one of the key points in making the conference appear professional and intentional.
Globibo drives generative and exciting events through technology-creative events and conference production. The team focuses on content development and design, leveraging genuine local and global delivery infrastructures.

CHALLENGES
- The Client wanted to redesign the internal branding while creating Event visuals.
- The room was just available for setup at midnight for a show to start in the morning.
- Speakers of different experience-level needed to managed (from senior ministers to highschool kids).
- Several full-scale videos were supposed to be created and integrated into program flow
MANAGEMENT OF CHALLENGES
- The primary team arrived at midnight for 1st batch of setup. 2nd team arrived 6 am for handover and operations for the day.
- Multiple parallel options for Video content was created to have fall-back options available in case of disagreements on final production.
- Different microphone types were made available (as well as limited for specific types of presenters)
The STEM-focused event brought together over 800 participants from Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe. Attendees showcased innovative ideas, pitching their products and services to a global audience. The event helped collaborate and highlight advancements, creating a platform for meaningful connections and impactful opportunities.
